Year 2025 had been an action-packed year for Impact Grid (IG). A year of rediscovery, renewed focus, mixed fortunes and yet fulfilling.

In March 2025 we concluded the BioYouToon project, shortly after the International Event in the beautiful town of Al Ghero, Sardinia. The project was assessed positively by the German National Agency and concluded.

IG stayed on course to maintain its focus on the Youth segment, while consolidating its expertise in Media Literacy. The Unfake Social Media project witnessed the launch of the games and pilot testing events across Vienna, Paris and Berlin. The project concluded in August and was again assessed positively by the French National Agency.

In the same topic of Media Literacy (with focus on disinformation) IG joined the consortium of the Guardians of Truth (Greenwashing) project, which led to the participation in the Joint Staff Training Event in Bansko, Bulgaria.

IG closed the year by kickstarting the Bridge4Mothers project in December 2025. This focuses on the VET segment.

While these ongoing projects kept IG busy with operations, IG’s focus on building new capabilities led to the exploration of larger initiatives in the Media Literacy Space. IG took lead in proposing a solution for the Preparatory Action / Pilot Project (PPPA) call in October. In continuation of its focus on Media Literacy, IG will also lead a proposal for the Creative Europe Programme call for Media Literacy. IG will continue forging newer alliances in the topic of media literacy and strengthen its ties with Government bodies, Advocacy organizations, Media Literacy Organization and media organisations. The year 2026 will be crucial for positioning IG as an expert authority in this topic.

We wish all our partners and network organizations the best as we start our gentle strides in the new year.
